Signature Holes
Dramatic par 5 with tee shot over water to narrow fairway. Second shot decision over or around expansive water hazard. One of the most photographed holes in Asia.
Spectacular island green par 3 requiring precise iron play. Similar concept to TPC Sawgrass 17th but with tropical setting.
Strong finishing hole with water left and bunkers right. Requires precise drive and approach to elevated green.

Our Verdict
Blue Canyon Canyon Course is one of Southeast Asia's finest resort courses and arguably the best golf experience in Thailand. Its tournament pedigree (hosting Ernie Els, Ian Woosnam, and Tiger Woods victories) proves its championship credentials. The course makes spectacular use of former tin mining land, creating dramatic water hazards and memorable holes like the island green 17th and the famous quarry 14th. Conditioning is excellent, caddies are professional, and the course offers a genuine championship test. The proximity to Phuket Airport (20 minutes) makes it exceptionally convenient, and green fees are a bargain compared to Japan or Singapore courses of similar quality. While the tropical heat can be challenging and pace of play is slower than Western courses, Blue Canyon offers outstanding value and an unforgettable golf experience. Combined with Phuket's beaches, resorts, and cuisine, it's an ideal golf destination.
